Upon submitting this application, you are giving us permission to contact Trade References and check ASIC Records based on the information given. This information will remain private at all times and will not be shared with any other parties.

If you are accepted for a Trade Account with Scale Model Supplies Australia Pty Ltd (T/A The Scale Modellers Supply), all information regarding pricing and terms is STRICTLY confidential and MUST NOT be shared with any other parties unless express permission given. 

Upon your account being accepted, we expect that you, as a retailer, represent our brand in a positive manner. 

All accounts are set to Proforma for initial orders. Provided the account is kept in good stead for a minimum of 6 months, we can discuss a trading terms account of 14 or 30 days depending on volume and frequencies of orders.

We reserve the right to refuse an account with us based on bad trading / credit history. We also reserve the right to halt or cancel any wholesale account based on not meeting payment obligations or acting in a way that damages our brand. We will attempt to remedy the issues first and foremost before further action is taken. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS : 
Please note that due to the nature of our products, sea freight will be required in most cases. Once an order is placed, we will provide shipping quotes to your local Port for importing. Payment will be required upon acceptance before we can ship your products. All duties and custom charges will be your responsibility upon arrival at your local Port.
